Our Structure
Christian Training Institute, Inc, was founded by Rev. Don Key and Rev. Glenn Jenkins who modeled their program after the former Ministers Home Study Program, in a classroom setting. Today, CTI has grown into an accredited program of study. Students may earn a Standard Certificate, Advanced Certificate, and a Christian Ministers Diploma. CTI is accredited through Pastoral Ministers L.A.M.P. Program. Upon completion of the three year program at CTI, the graduate is entitled to a Pastoral Ministers Diploma thorugh L.A.M.P., which is accredited through Oakland City University. A graduate of CTI is entitled to 15 semester hours at OCU toward a degree in Religious Studies. CTI offers scholarships and financial aid to help cover the costs of tuition and books to those who qualify. CTI is based on a three-year program of study.
